Uncontrolled Trigger

If a Power is Continuous, Uncontrolled, 0 END, Trigger (Trigger automatically resets), is the following correct?

 

The Power is used against a target once and then it activates for one Phase every time the Trigger conditions are met, until the Uncontrolled shut-off conditions are met.

No. The power is activated by the Trigger, and then keeps running until the Uncontrolled condition approved by the GM is met. In this case you don't need to define the Trigger as immediately resetting, what you need to do (assuming I'm understanding what you're trying to achieve) is to define one of the ending conditions for the Uncontrolled as "Triggering condition ceases" or something like that.
