ghost-angel
I know some people don't check all the forums, so just in case someone missed the now-sticky post up on the Company Forum here's a report: Amazon.com reviews of both Asian Bestiaries: Volume 1 Volume 2 The same review will (hopefully) be posted to ENWolrd and RPG.Net in the near future. One comment -- Plot Hooks didn't appear in the HB or in MMM. Plot Hooks are used for named NPCs. I did try and present hooks in the Campaign Use section. I did try and present hooks in the Campaign Use section. I know. I had same complaint about MMM too. I like plot hooks, what can I say. Oh, and MMM has named characters. Plot Hooks also appear in regards to locations (Thrilling Places, Worlds Of Empire) and even in both Battlegrounds adventure books. So they aren't just for named NPCs. I see Plot Hooks used as "And here's some ideas to incorporate this into your game" . . . I believe I mentione some hooks were mentioned in the description text as well. Overall - these are two of my favorite RPG books of all time, not just 5E books. Is good stuff!
