1) can a character combind powers from two different frameworks in a single multiple power attack? (Ex. a flash is in an EC while an EB is in a MP)
2) If so could a character take link as a -0 modifier on either one to represent it having to be used
3) NEW question, about Multiple powers attack, if both powers come from one F/X (Let us say it is a magical gun) that you have skill levels for (+2 with Guns) would you have to "split" your skill levels, or could you apply all of them to the roll? I hope this question makes sense...
