We were arguing this one back and forth on the boards, but I wanted to get your official opinion (or ruling) on how this should go down.
Within a Framework, you have purchased Charges (6 times per day) and only for the purpose of controlling the "times per day" -- because we've also slapped on Costs Endurance. If you were to use a power with the advantage Continuous, how would it be fueled?
Would it require a modification to the Charges, or because it Costs Endurance, or could the Continuous element be run off of END? Is this a judgment call, or is there a ruling as to how this should go?

Hey Steve;

Thanks as always,
