greypaladin_01
Ok I'll try to make this as clear as possible. I appoligize if this has been covered in the FAQ but I did not see it when I looked. PC1 has a NCC attack power. I only understand the context of NCC for powers that arent used offensively in combat this is confusing me a bit. 1. Can this NCC attack power only activate on PC1 phases? 2. If it activates could PC1 take any other types of actions? 3. If the power is also bought uncontrolled would the above still be true? Thank you
Steve Long
Re: No Concious Control Per 5ER 301, if the power has the full -2 version of No Conscious Control, it activates when and how the GM chooses. The character's Phases don't matter one bit. In some situations the dang thing might even activate while he's asleep; it just depends on the nature of the power, the special effects, and how the GM wants to make use of it.
