Roy_The_Ruthles Posted April 17, 2007 Report Share Posted April 17, 2007 What exactly are PSLs for? so far I have identified... 1) penalties for calling shots 2) penalties for range but i'm not sure what else they do, are they for 1) canceling out the cumulative penalty for sweeping or rapid fire? 2) getting more autofire hits in? 3) canceling the penalty for grabbing someone (not the actual grab but the various penalties for holding somone, ie being the grabbie) 4) Using non-aerodynamic/non-willing targets as weapons 5) canceling out DCV penalties for sweeping, or using two-weapon fighting?
