Mark Rand
Painter and graphic artist Allison "Ally" Harper, a slender blonde, was hiking through the Colorado Rockys when a bright-colored pebble caught her attention. As she picked it up, it popped in her hand, leaving a filmy residue that quickly vanished. The next morning, Ally, a die-hard Voltron fan, awoke to find herself in a suit of powered armor that resembled the Lion-Force Voltron. While the helmet resembled the giant robot's head and the colors were right, the hands and feet weren't lion heads. Instead, they looked normal. She quickly discovered that mental command could make the suit could appear and disappear. After some training, she became part of the superhero team the PCs are on. So much for an origin. Now to some stuff. Voltron has two END sources. The first is the suit's. Cosmic rays keep it fully charged when it's powered up. The second is Allison's. Since her own END is, at most, 14, she sometimes has to stop and catch her breath. The suit has a number of weapons and systems that can respond to Allison's thoughts. This will be represented by a 40-point VPP. Allison, however, doesn't know everything the suit can so and doesn't use things in combat that she hasn't used before. The suit boosts her STR and DEX, provides flash defense for her eyes and ears, a two-way radio system, and life support vs temperature, pressure, vacuum, radiation, and lack of air. It also has flight capability and two kinds of armor. One is the 5 PD/ 5 ED of the suit, which is like bulletproof spandex and, with the gloves and mask off, can be worn under clothes. The other is a 20 PD/ 20 ED hardened force field that the suit generates when the gloves and mask are on.
