I'm translating the Nanoburn product from Transhuman Space. It slowly devours the target while keeping him or her or it paralyzed. Seems simple, but getting the AoE's to match is a chore. Thoughts? Just declare the larger AoE to have the size of the smaller AoE. I think if that reduces it to less than 1/2 size, that you get a -1/4 Lim on the power, but I could be mis-remembering.
