Martial Arts Damage Class Question

"+1 Damage Class Adds to all Martial Maneuvers"

 

Ok so does that mean I only have to buy the DC's once and they add to All maneuvers or do I have buy the additional DC's for each Maneuver separately? The answer seems obvious to me but there are differing opininions amoungst the players. I await you nuggets of wisdom.....

I don't see how there could possibly be any room for debate. The rulebook specifically states that a purchased +1 DC applies to all Martial Maneuvers a character possesses and that he does not have to buy them separately for each Maneuver.
