Steve Long Posted July 22, 2003 Report Share Posted July 22, 2003 Once the Drain takes effect, a character can’t Dispel it at all, any more than he could Dispel the damage from an Energy Blast or an existing Entangle. A character could, however, buy an Aid-based power with the special effect of “I can Dispel the effects of Drains.†Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
