Background/History: Peorix Rai, known to his friends as "Peer", and to the world at large as Silver Claw, is a visitor to Earth. He comes from another galaxy. His people are known as the Rakche. The Rakche are apparently decended from great cats, similar to the Lions of Earth. Peorix belonged to an order of monks who recorded history, and preserved ancient hand to hand combat styles, phonetically pronounced Afengard.

While on a journey of self discovery, Peorix encountered what appeared to be a lost child. Though, to be truthful the little humanoid was so bizarre looking to the young Rakche, he was somewhat afraid of it. However, after watching the little being mistreated and pushed away by his fellow Rakche, he felt shamed and approached.

The little being smiled at him and told him that he had been waiting for Peorix. Whom he identified by name. Surprised, Peorix took the little being on his journey. They had many adventures together and became fast friends. The little being was called Urrune (OOH-rune). When Peorix returned to his home temple, he took Urrune to meet his temple elder. It was there that Urrune revealed that he'd brought Peorix to the temple when he'd been but a babe, his family abandoning him because they could not care for him. Urrune told Peorix that he'd grown to be a truely good man and that he wanted to give him a gift. Asking Peorix what he wanted more than anything in the world, Urrune did not seem surprised to hear that Peorix wanted to live a life of learning and exploration. Urrune bestowed upon him the cosmic form he now has.

After a few centuries of exploring his home, then his home star system, Peorix ventured out into deep space. He encountered a wormhole that brought him to the Sol System. He arrived on Earth about four years ago and has been adventuring here ever since.

 

Personality/Motivation: Silver Claw is a wandering monk seeking justice and knowledge. He has been surprised at the number of beings of vast power he had encountered here. After his transformation, he was pretty much the most powerful being on the planet not named Urrune. Peer has enjoyed his time here tremendously; there are plenty of beings to challenge him and work with him. He is polite and reserved in most instances, but can get a little excited when meeting a challenge.

Powers/Tactics: Since his cosmic augmentation, Silver Claw has become a light brick with heightened physical attributes and a toughened cosmic shell. He can actually drop the silver skin and appear as he used to; it takes but an instant to restore it. His martial arts abilities are pretty strong and he can really hit hard. If he's too strong for you game, drop his STR and CON to 30, and his DC's to 2 (or remove them entirely) and drop his Armor to +15.

If he's not potent enough to be a "Cosmic" character, up his DEX and SPD.

 

Campaign Use: Alien martial artist.

 

Appearance: Tall and broad shouldered, Silver Claw looks mostly human, his ears are longer, and somewhat triangular, pointed at the tips, he has long hair and cat-like eyes. He lacks a tail (though some of his people have them). His physique is rather thickly muscled. When his armor is off he has pale skin, green eyes, and his hair is plae white. When armored up he seems to be made of silver. He wears a white robe with blue trim and a blue sash at his waist. Under this he wears black pants and goes barefoot.
