Mark Rand Posted October 25, 2007 Report Share Posted October 25, 2007 This works best in a campaign where Japanese and American cultures have merged and superheroes get invited to geisha parties. A geisha and a maiko (apprentice geisha) have a mage as one of their attendees. After the party, the mage tells the geisha that her maiko showed an aura that indicates an aptitude for magic. The geisha let the maiko know and the young lady agreed to study magic in addition to everything else. Four years have passed since then. The maiko is now a geisha and a superheroine.
