JmOz Posted November 27, 2007 Report Share Posted November 27, 2007 Do adjustment powers count towards the rules about one power in a framework not being able to affect other frameworks, to illustrate The amazing Adjuster has a multipower with a bunch of adjustment powers (Drains, transfers, and aids) 1) Can the Adjuster use one of his aids to add to the power of his own Multipower? 2) Can the adjuster drain another framework on a villain, even though his drain is in a framework?
