Only final standard rolls value would be modified (eg. a skill 12+ modifiers 4 = 3D6 under 16- ====> 4D+2 VS 11) (eg. DEX 24 => 14- =====> 4D) Any specialist objection ? I'd suggest posting this in the Discussion area, where you're bound to get all sorts of feedback. You might also want to read pages 12-15 of The Ultimate Skill, which discuss altering the Skill Roll calculation and the effects that can have.
