Steve Long Posted February 12, 2008 Report Share Posted February 12, 2008 Re: Followup CE & LOS Placing the same Change Environment power multiple times over the same area, or multiple times between a character and what he’s trying to perceive, does not make the penalty “stack”; it just applies at its standard rate. If two or more different Change Environments are placed these ways, they still do not “stack,” but the worst of all the penalties applies to the target’s PER Roll.
