RSR on Flight

Quick question: if you put an RSR on Flight, do you have to make the skill roll every phase? If not, is there a limitation that can make you roll for Flight every turn?

A Required Skill Roll is only made once for each use of the power (in contrast to an Activation Roll, which must be made every Phase). If you wanted to have to make a roll more frequently, such as once per Turn, you'd have to negotiate with the GM for an increase in the Limitation value.
