Went to high school, then college, got a job with the military, transferred to the secret R&D project codenamed 'Genesis' and switched often, between gate security, lab assistant and training exercises. One night, however, a beam of light appeared in the lab. Seargent Quincy disappeared. No one could find the seargent for three days. Exactly three days later, Quincy reappeared in the same spot, with no memory of the last three days. However, Quincy did now remember the equivalent of a degree in Greek & Norse Mythology and another in Astrophysics, far beyond anything known on earth. Quincy also seemed to be superpowered, and had stopped aging, feeling hunger or thirst. The project diverted half of it's funds to researching Quincy. The superiors in charge decided not to waste good fortune, from any source, and proposed that Quincy become a superhero, not fighting wars for the army, but fighting powerful villains who were a threat to the entire world. Quincy agreed, so they used the advances made by project Genesis to give him all the support they can. Quincy chose the codename Starblaze because it sounded appropriately cool. Now you guys get to pick the rest. Is Quincy male or female? Does s/he still have a gender, and has s/he still got a human appearance? What powers, besides full life support, does s/he have? Are Quincy's powers the result of Aliens, Greek Gods, Norse Gods, or a mix of the three? And why did they give Quincy powers? Is s/he related to them? Or are they testing humanity's ethics? Is the codename a Secret ID or just a cool codename? Please finish my backstory, filling the gaps, and stat out the character for a 400/-100pnt Champions 5th edition game. I wanted to imply that either Aliens, Asgardians or Olympians, or some combination thereof, had a hand in his origin. In the end, though, I just wound up implying that the ancient Gods were just really High-tech aliens. Any ideas? Even if it is just the Loki the rogue Asgard from Stargate reaching into my super-verse and making a Superhero like all the ones on my planet Earth.
