Okay, classic superhero scenario. The victim is falling, the hero flies up to catch them. Here's the dilemma, the victim is falling from 65" up, the hero has a flight of 25". When he is able to act the victim has already fallen 15" so by taking a non-combat movement the hero could reach the victim but this is a full action. The idea of dramatic sense comes to mind that he should be able to catch her since he is below her as she falls. Would a grab roll at 0 OCV be appropriate?
Also, apologies to Margo Kidder for this one would the victim still take damage for the distance they have fallen when caught and would the hero catching them take damage as well?
