Let's say I have Uncontrolled Flight and a seperate Teleportation power (please don't ask about the context).

 

If I pay the END for the Flight to last a few Phases, would I not only get to move with the Flight but then could I also Teleport too boot?

No, not in the sense I think you're asking. As long as you made no more than a Half Move with one type of movement, you could then make no more than a Half Move with the other. But once you make more than a Half Move with either of them, that's a Full Phase Action and you're done with that Phase. The only way to move further would be some sort of Triggered Movement Power you could then instantly activate without taking an Action (the character Sai in Teen Champions has such a power).
