Looking at the FAQ this was "striked out", wanted to see if that was a formating error or if this ruling has been resinded
Q: If a character has Limitations on activating his Multiform (such as Gestures and Incantations), do those Limitations also apply to returning to his true form, or to switching from one alternate form to another?
A: Typically a character with Multiform can change back to his base form at will, without having to go through any efforts or Limitations required to activate the power in the first place. Otherwise, you run into all sorts of difficult situations such as a form without hands being unable to Gesture. If the Limitations involved also apply to changing back, the GM might want to consider allowing a small additional Limitation to represent that.
