For the purpose of determining if a Multiple Power Attack is viable how should Power Frameworks that have a quantity of 2 or Greater be treated?
For example a character has a 50 point multipower and has paid an additional 5 points to double the quantity of this multipower. For the purpose of this question let's say twin pistols. In the event the character chooses to make a Multiple Power Attack can they select one power from each of these frameworks or do they still fall under the guidance that a character should never be allowed to select more thna one power from a single framework or are they treated as two unique entities that can be used together?
