They'll sell you what you want, you can hack the hardware or software, and they are always coming out with cool new stuff. The modular system got me thinking about how it could be used at a gadget pool MP for a gadgeteer, where the character could build what was necessary on the fly from the different modules. Of course, they don't actually offer any sort of ranged attack modules. Or HTH attack modules, for that matter. But, I thought people might be interested in it as a source of inspiration. They just came out with a new "BUGBee" wireless module, able to network up to 64,000 device on a single grid, which "...makes it suitable for home automation, energy monitoring, industrial machine-to-machine (M2M), supply-chain logistics and more."
