I believe this should be relevant to both 5E and 6E:
Say I want to make a Dracula style vampire whose Vampire Transformation attack is not all or nothing and requires that the victim be buried (like Lucy in the Dracula novel). In addition to making a standard (cumulative) Transform for the vampire, would it be feasible to apply a conditional Limitation, along the lines of "Victim Must Be Brought To 0 BODY By Vampire's Blood Drain And Given Proper Religious Burial" - especially given that the latter condition is not under the vampire's control?
