Are there any limits to what levels can be set for Everyman Skills? The text seems to imply that they should always be at the Familiarity level --however, the PS 11- used in all three sample Everyman Skill lists would seem to imply differenly. So, for example, would you consider it "rules valid" to have Everyman Skills at levels other than Familiarity? For example, setting some at Proficiency level?
