The rules seem clear enough that you can not apply Persistent to CETA in 6e (p345) but as Persistent can now apply to END using powers (p334), there is a feeling that the prohibition on the combination may have been an editing oversight. Whilst you can always house rule it the way you prefer, can you confirm that the prohibition is the 'official intention' or should it have been changed?
