6E - END cost of HKA in Heroic campaign

The standard for Heroic games is 1 END per 5 STR used, but 1 END per 10 active points in powers/spells.

 

What should be the END cost for an HKA purchased as an innate power (for example claws)? Would it be 1/10 END for the base HKA, and 1/5 END for any additional STR used?

Yes, that's correct, unless the GM wants to modify the cost for some reason.
