Stretching and Velocity Damage

I think I know the answer here, but I'm going to ask anyway for clarity's sake...

If I've got a char with 15m of Stretching: I should buy +1d6 HA, Always Direct for every 5m of Stretching (3 times in this case)? Or would it be more correct to buy +3d6 Stretching (+1d6/5m), Always Direct?

 

Or, more unlikely, is it sufficient to buy the +1d6 HA, Always Direct once, and it's assumed in the description that you add 1d6 for every 5m of Stretching?

You buy HA +1d6 for every 5m of Stretching -- in your example, HA +3d6 -- then apply the Limitation.
