It's just like other substyles of Kung Fu, cobbled together from the standard Kung Fu writeup. Most of the sample characters in HSMA are like that -- rather than give them some existing martial arts style, I give them an all-new one so that I increase the number of fictional/genre-specific martial arts styles without increasing the size of the book.
