It transforms the target into a small dog. It is No Range and bought through an Obvious Accessible Focus. The character has a martial arts maneuver called Fairy Blitz. It's works with a Weapon and has the FMove element. Can this hideously aggressive fairy combine the power, maneuver and the rules on page HSMA246 to fly around and transform a bunch of enemies?
