Answering my last question, you said that very small bases are all size 0, no matter how small. Does this mean that even very very small bases (at extreme levels, too small to perceive for most characters) will still always have an 'OCV+' rating of at least +4?
Not like a base can buy DCV to try and toolkit them smaller... I've thrown rocks at beehives as a kid, and they were not that easy to hit sometimes. Those rascally bees must have bought their base defenses as 'Combat Luck'!
