I am trying to build a character who can create force fields that, once created, are immobile. They are created in 'synch' with the environment (IE: if created on an airplane, they will be 'moving' on the airplane at the same speed/direction it was originally going.
While it won't happen often, in theory it could make a moving vehicle hard to turn once it is created inside it or the like... or I guess... be 'ridden' by someone opportunistic I guess. I suspect that the movement is not far off from what other immobile barriers normally do, but if it needed to be statted... any ideas? Linked, heavily limited, uncontrolled TK?
