Ok, I see a quick hero generation list of power sets, but not the generic list of powers like in the old days. is there a supplement where I can just build from a generic list? That's our genre book discussing how to do Superhero characters and campaigns using the HERO System rules. The rules themselves are in the two-volume HERO System 6th Edition rulebook. (If you prefer a shorter, more bare-bones, less expensive approach, you can try The HERO System Basic Rulebook instead.) Champions Powers is a book of pre-generated superpowers, thousands of 'em, for Champions campaigns. It uses the 6E rules, but doesn't contain the rules either.
