The flight ability that is granted is 20 Active Points and 13 Real Points.
The ability to grant the flight to someone else is 16 Active Points (based on the 13 Real Points above) and 5 Real Points.
The rules state that a character with the ability to grant this flight to someone would pay 5 Real Points, but what would the Active Point cost of the power be?
16? 36?
I ask because Hero Designer creates this power by giving the two components Real Point costs of 13 and -8, resulting in the correct final total of 5, but with a total Active Points of 36, creating issues with Power Frameworks.
I wanted to check with you before mentioning it to Simon.
