If a character has several powers that have the Extra Time limitation, how many of them can he activate in any given phase?
I assume the answer will be either One or All of them. Normaly Power Activation is a Zero-Phase action and multiple powers can be activated, does this still hold true if the power takes extra time to activate?
I did find this in the FAQ:
Q: Can a character activate more than one power requiring Extra Time at once?
A: The text on 5E 186 indicates that while a character activates a power with Extra Time, he may take other actions (unless the power being activated is an attack of some sort). Therefore, typically a character could activate one Extra Time power while another one is in the process of activating.
Which seems to say that you can only activate one power in a phase... which will effectively make any Power Activation which has the Extra TIme Limitation a (minimum) Half Phase action. Correct?
