Clarification of Last Question

If I have: Force Field, Flight, Damage Shield without Extra Time

I can activate all three of them at the same time because they're 0 phase actions.

 

If I have the same three power with Extra Time (Extra Segment) -1/2 on them, can I activate all three of them at the same time, or am I now limited to activating them one at a time?

The Rules FAQ answer says yes, you can activate them all at the same time. This would change if the GM considered the Damage Shield an attack power, in which case while activating it you couldn't activate other powers.
