To then reveal his devious plot to blow up all the Urban Oil Rigs. Picture your heroes following a normal mook to the hideout, entering - and finding out it's a bunker or secret government faciliy. Picture a villain unleashing a plot to controll people by emissions from Cell Phone Towers, the heroes being certain that there is none where they life - only to find out that they are everywhere, often disguised. Sounds outlandish? Nope, quite real.
