Combat Ready?

One of my players just sent a rough draft of his Pulp Hero character that he created using Hero Designer V3. He looks alright except he has something called Combat Ready. I have looked in all my core rulebooks but I haven't found this one. Can anyone tell me what this is?

Offhand, I have no idea. There's no such ability listed in PH, or in the Ultimate Index covering all 5E books. If it's something from a 6E book it's not immediately ringing any bells. My best suggestion would be to ask the player where he got it.
