Triggered and Linked Powers

Good day.

 

I am building a Electric Shocker mine which has two effects:

1) Blast AOE

2) Entangle - Take No Damage & Time Limit.

 

The powers are activated by a Trigger and are Linked.  My question is do I need to apply Triggered to both powers or only the Great power of the Link?

Per the rules/guidelines on 6E1 384, both powers should have Trigger unless the GM rules otherwise.
