I wanted to make his running punch pretty good but he has very low strength. Can you buy HtH that only applies to the above mention combat maneuvers. For example, look at the Battering Ram power from the "Speedster Powers" section of Champions Powers: HA +6d6 (30 Active Points); Hand-To-Hand Attack (-¼), Only With Move Through/By (-1) (total cost: 13 points) and +6 with Grab By, Move By, and Move Through (total cost: 18 points).
