Speedball
I was reading another post and thought: how would I design a character (let's say a light brick, 40 strength minimum, a CV of around 5-6) who would be able to absorb tremendous amounts of punishment from a wide array of attacks? And then I thought: there're probably people on these boards who've already done just this. Well, have you? Or will you?
JmOz
Had one guy, 50% DR to Physical/Energy Damage, and a Defense around 60/60. Total Attack was 7d6 (offensive strike on 15 Str)
