Direct Current Paralysis

I was looking at the power Direct Current Paralysis. Is it still intended to be a strength roll to escape? If so how is it worth using if most villans can break out of a 3PD/3ED Entangle with 3d6 body with can only have up to 6 Body at most I believe?

This is really more a conversation topic than a rules question, so I'd suggest posting on the Discussion forum if that's what you're after. But yes, STR is used to break out of the Direct Current Paralysis Entangle as it's written up in Champions Powers. As to whether it's "worth using," I'll leave that judgment to each individual player.
