Healing Body

Does healing body only return half the points?  Healing is considered an adjustment power, and adjustment powers only add half the value to a “Defense”.  Body is listed as a defense, so does that mean that healing body only heals half of what is rolled on the dice?

Yes, that's technically correct (and I've errata'd a couple of examples to make that clear). However, in the interest of simplicity and/or player survival, I'm sure many GMs ignore that rule.
