  1. Well, i was thinking of a gradual building up of magical power finally triggering the transformation (think were-beast) once he reached "critical mass" The transformation would be a secondary form (using the multiform power) that is considerably stronger than his normal form. As a side effect, he goes into a berserk killing rage when he changes (limitation: Enraged: Threshold (Uncommon), go 14-, recover 14-, Berserk) or something of the like. I'm wondering how to do the whole "count-down to melt-down" portion of the power... ...after all designing his alternate form isn't all that hard... Arandmoor Keet
  2. I'm trying do design supporting characters and prefabs for a fantasy setting of my own design and I had an idea for a character but I don't know how to create him in the system (i'm kind of new to Hero) I'm looking to make an assassin who kicks into overdrive when he's hit with enough magick. The point total will be somewhere between 150 and 225 points so this power needs to fall between (or around) 75 and 100 points. I was thinking using a multiform with an absorbtion: magick, but I'm having trouble working it out in system. Little help? Arandmoor Keet

  4. Hi, this if my first time here...so bear with me... Foxbat Foxbat Inc. -- After the stunning (literally) success of his latest Master Plan , Foxbat has gotten it into his head that he has what it takes to be a Criminal Mastermind and work behind the scenes (besides...he figures that he'll get a desk too...c'mon...who wouldn't want a desk?) Unfortunately, all of Foxbat's prior experience with other supervillans has convinced him that working with them usually ends up costing a lot of money, so he has decided to open up his own buisness: Foxbat Inc.! (right on the corner of 5th and Main) Being a legitmate buisness, the Heroes and the law can't touch him (the successful Master Plan didn't leave any clues) and the Master Plans start at $19.95 and come with a contract absolving Foxbat of any responsibility for the use of the plans (while Foxbat might be a loony, his lawyer isn't) While some of the heroes might feel safer at least knowing where the little guy is from 9-9pm, what happens when some of his plans actually work? Bwa Ha Ha Ha Ha! So, How Do I Look? -- The heroes get a phone call from a contact/the police/see it on the news/etc... that Foxbat has taken around three hundred people at a high class fasion show hostage! When they finally get to the scene, everyone is safe and Foxbat is loooooong gone? What's going on here? If the heroes interview anyone (hell, even if they don't they'll find out as it gets broadcast over every newscast in America and Europe) they find out that Foxbat took the entire show hostage, for just long enough to walk the catwalk (while singing "I'm a Model" slightly off key...) and leave. Well, after an imbarasingly long streak of Master Plans that not only backfired, but almost got him caught, Foxbat has done some additional research into the Study of Successful Villans and has come to the conclusion that all successful villans look really cool! The fact that he might (gasp!) have a stupid looking costume comes as quite a shock, and the Great Foxy One takes it upon himself to prove that he is indeed the best dressed supervillan in the world! The fasion show's next stop is in Paris and the owner asks the heroes if they would please travel with them for a little extra security. The Paris show is not only debuing the fasion designer's latest summerwear evening lien, but his best friend's latest jewlery collection worth, in total, over three million dollars. In Paris, Foxbat crashes the show and when the heroes go to trounce him, find that the models run into the lines of fire, grappel with martial artists, and just generally try to get in the way. What's going on? Well...the models think he's cute and they don't want the heroes to hurt him! After all, he only wants to "do a little turn on the catwalk"! Possible complication: several supervillianesses (possibly Esper, Medusa, Mentallia, etc...anyone with a secret identity, who is able to control minds, or who can appear as someone else) infultrated the show several weeks prior in order to get access to the jewles. Now not only are the PCs in their way, but they stopped the show before Foxbat could get to their favrite part ("and I shake my little tush on the catwalk!) Arandmoor Keet
