can you make a team work roll to make the stun from an auto fire stack?

ok i cant seem to find this in the book yet but can you say for example have an explosion that loses DC at 1/2" and volunteer to reduce it to 1/1" instead the over all question is can you volunteer to use less than the full amount of advantage bought on Attack powers (cant think you would want to reduce the adavanteges on a Defence) like not useing the penatrating or armor piercing

do you need to pay 5 pnts for a doubling of a lab like to have 2 Alchemy labs or do you just put what you need on the map

Re: Bases. How are floors determend another question do you have to pay 5 points to double a lab so you have 2 or more? edit: ill ask this in a diff thread if i dont get a respose

under the area for bases does the distance between flors count? if a floor is 2-3 hexes high does that count is it just area or cubic area?

whats the ruleing on images with touch group can an illusionary chair hold up a person. could an illusionary touch group bridge hold up pepole. or would you need TK linked or Even Change environment to sim that.

No sorry i forgot to editthat out. In another post on this board there was a summons sword post. And in FHG it is used to summon a base. I'll edit it so it does not read like that.

This is sorta along the lines of the summoned sword. Basicly is this legal the way its constructed. And yes its probably rule raping i admit. But its supposed to be a Psionic Crossbow.
