Well there was the time when my character beat up everyone and tottally kicked ass. as you can see I don't have roleplaying moments everything is combat and that is all i can talk about. No wait... there was one roleplaying moment.... No I was beating up that character and just said somthing witty: "DIE BAD GUY DIE!" haa HAA HAAA HAA
this post makes sense if you understand irony.

You know they could actually win. Powered People who are anti American Govt coming out of the paint work from both the U.S and around the world. The planes are rocketing towards the P.C's and then The Arab super man bursts through them fuel igniting itself in a suit of engulfing flame ALA human torch.

Well, maybe... but not today
Back on Topic, I do have an NPC Superman type in my game named Mega Man (No relation). He's been around since WW2, just growing more and more powerful...and less human. He no longer needs to sleep, his hearing is so accute he can hear cries for helps for miles... etc. I plan to remove him soon.... in a suitably dramatic way and see which if any players rise to fill the void.
ARRRRRG!!! I THOUGHT I WAS SO ORIGINAL!
DURN IT!!!

Why if you slap someone with zero gravity would they not simply go straight in the same direction they were moving to begin with - until they bounced off something or grabbed onto something.
true, this was just somthing I was doing in my head. how about +3 flight with relative velocity (+1/4)*under the idea that you go faster with less weight?
opposite of the no relative velocity adder for T ports.

High Gravity would be telekinesis with advantages and limitations. It's been done in CKC. Zero Gravity is harder for me to grasp. It isn't merely tk to raise something up. It is just neutralizing the effects of gravity and making someone very dependent on their momentum and relatively fixed objects they can spring off of. How to do that in Hero? Hmmm..... Anybody have an idea?
1flight used on others (everything that isn't bolted down.) AOE radius non selective target, no range.

Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Clever Uses of Change Environment
Originally posted by Agent XI started up a game at a store a few years ago with a group of strangers who were telling me about this one "wierd guy" who played with them because they were afraid to tell him to go away. Up walks this guy with long black hair, an unkempt beard, bad teeth, heavy metal tatooes, and clothes that reeked of smoke. He asks if he can play in the game. I tell him I have all the players I need. He then proceeds to tell me about the character he wants to play that has a sword that was forged in hell and stored hundreds of souls or somesuch. I, politely as possible, interrupted him and explained that I didn't have room for him in the game. He gave me a funny look and walked away muttering incoherently. Anyway, that guy was about as wierd a player as I have met and that is saying something.
That reminds me of some of my old metal head gamers. Those were good times. Memories...
Hey I wonder if i've been ditched for the way I am...
Nahh not me everyone loves me! don't they?

Careful or I'll use super science to break your face ALA Batman... KAPOW!

Its all quite simple.
To qoute Homer Simpson:
"Bat Mans a scientist."
And for that matter so is Hank Mccoy, Giant Man, Reed Richards, The Hulk (when hes smart hulk atleast) etc. They sometimes wear lab coats... Somtimes they break your face open cause they RULE!

Thanks. I beleive he's also known as Miracleman here in the States. Can anyone confirm?
Yeah but he was originally written for Great Britain, the guy who edited the Illustrated Companion to Comicbook's is the one who made him up and he did it for GB during the golden age.
-
It took me like 2days of reading to get through their archives and that was months ago.

There was Miracle Man who had people on his side like Miricle Lad and Lass and Miracle Girl.
Hs powers were kinda like Captain Marvel except space based and not Magic

Re: This need to draw the US in...
Originally posted by dbsousa...resist it. I think the coolest part about this game is how the world would change if NZ and OZ became the dominant nations. The US and Japan and China would put pressure on them to share the tech with the world, and NZ would say "not until you dismantle your nuclear programs". And when the US cooks up a reason to invade NZ, the Sydney Flying Rugby Team takes out the US 7th fleet...
Yeah well our rugby teams with super powers would crush you all like bugs. Like BUGS.

I would not include "Avenger: Gun-toting cyborg like Cable" because I despise the character, but if your looking to be complete I think you have a good list.
Well what about DeathLok instead? Hes a gun toting Cyborg.

An industrial/intellectual hub would be good. I dunno...
Silicon valley?
The Bible Belt, Orlando? Detroit?, How about that fine Mexican City- New Mexico.

this is just a gratuitis bump.
Nooooooooo For some reason I feel i have to have a topic on a post! Even though its never stopped me before.
So yeah, I think if we got the white supremists into a room and the amish into another room, we would have to minority groups in rooms next to each other and could declare them as dependants.
