I am currently trying to make a villian with time control powers, but i dont know what powers i would use to create it. I was thinking maybe change environment or something. The primary ability im having problem is to freeze time on pc's or other people. Any help I caould get would be extremley helpful. I only have the Fred book, not 5ER. Any other ideas for time powers would be helpful also. thanx

In my my fantasy game, many of the players often make the argument that racial disads do NOT, or should come out of base disads. Therefore actually making it a package 'Deal'. That way there is a reason to want to use a package deal. In a way i kind of agree, but I can see the argument both ways. I just want to know what other people out there do so I can fix my problem.

Re: DEX is used too much I have an idea for you. Instaed of splitting up the DEX attribute, split the costs a little. DEX should only cost 1 point per level (maybe 2 for a high powered game), and has absolutley no efect on OCV and DCV. Instead OCV and DCV either only cost 1 pt per level or can only be bought up with CSLs. (though everybody might start out with a base 3 OCV/DCV. Doing this could solve your problem for your high OCV/DCV thief character. I saw this written down somwhere before in one of the hero books before, but i cant remember which one it was (i think it was in a sidebar). Well i hope this helps you.

Wasup Hero fans, I have a problem. I am running a lowpowered superheroic fantasy hero game. Well, here in a few weels the PCs will be adventuring into a dungeon. So I am officially announcing an un-official contest to see who can make the best traps. Ranging from ambushing and attacking the PCs to the ones that play with the PCs mind, to the really nasty Illusions that confuse them. The winner of this contest will recieve 1000 unspent Character points to add to their PC and unleash on their GM. Well....LET THE GAMES BEGIN

How would I build a needler that does the following: --RKA 1d6 --Up to 10 hits per action, Not AF 10, must make a hit roll for each 1d6. --'Needles' that miss may still hit another target in a nearby hex --some kind of a OCV bonus or something because the needles are slightly homing --Once all needles are on target, they explode with amount of dmg( if 6, RKA 1d6 needles hit, it is a RKA 6d6 explosion) --Needles are slow so apply extended time, extra action so damage is not applied until characters next action. thanx for any advice and help
