How would I build a needler that does the following:
--RKA 1d6
--Up to 10 hits per action, Not AF 10, must make a hit roll for each 1d6.
--'Needles' that miss may still hit another target in a nearby hex
--some kind of a OCV bonus or something because the needles are slightly homing
--Once all needles are on target, they explode with amount of dmg( if 6, RKA 1d6 needles hit, it is a RKA 6d6 explosion)
--Needles are slow so apply extended time, extra action so damage is not applied until characters next action.
