  1. Re: What would you put this limitation At? it's not that I can't play my character, it's that my character is not always in the same period of time,What I'm asking about is what is appropriate negative modifier For only having access to my follower perk when I'm in the "present"
  2. My character has a tendency to get unstuck in time i.e. I don't have a regular group so I play him at conventions. He has the follower perk but I think it would make more sense if his followers were only available to him when he's in the present. how would you stat that?
  3. If I purchased penetrating for a killing attack does that mean all the body damage from killing attack would be penetrating, Or only the amount that would normally go to body on the dice, e.g I roll 2d6 And get a 3,3 is that two points of body or six?

On a completely unrelated note, I want to build A blast power With a radius, but I want to be able have the radius start somewhere other than my person, specifically I'd like it to resemble a grenade, in that the distance I can throw it is based on strength but not the radius itself. how would you do this?

Re: A little help with building powers please. you hit the nail on the head,Bigbywolfe I am looking for point values, but this is made more complex by the fact that these can be negated simply by reattaching/Regrowing the appendages. I think that would count as a side effect but I wouldn't know how to classify/ value it.
