Wow, there's dozens of ways to do it. I might do it this way.
Green Lantern Copy:
An Elemental Control - Quantum Constructs with various powers that you know you'll want to have up while using attack powers. Notably Force Field, some Life Support linked to the FF, and Flight. In addition a Multipower with several variants of Force Wall, Entangle, EB, and RKA with different advantages and disadvantages tacked on. Because Hero tries to be a lot more power balanced than other systems you'd have a character with a lot of flexibility, but not as much raw power as you'd like to imagine.
Demon Summoner:
Most of it could be put in a multipower as described. A handful of different Summon powers for different stuff, a Change Environment to represent Demonic errand boys, an indirect RKA or EB to represent opening portals that nasty critters reach out of. A combined Entangle and uncontrolled RKA to represent a horde of clawed critters holding someone in place.
Once you get your head wrapped around how the Hero system works the problem will be running out of points for all the cool ideas.
