  1. Re: How do I build THIS? Yes, they are robotic followers for sure. Have fun designing them, and I am not be sarcastic. Really, it sounds fun...a lot of work, but fun...

  4. Re: Help with a powered armor character with more than one suit of armor. It sounds to me like I should use the limitations OIF, Only change at base, and then extra time to change into the suit at the base. One turn, or 12 seconds, seems like a reasonable amount of time. I would like to see any character sheets that you all may have, or examples.
  5. Re: Help with a powered armor character with more than one suit of armor. Amanda, what would be the limitation is I say that the characters has to return to his base to change into a new suit of armor? Kind of like Iron Man when he return to his base and we see rows of powered armor suits.
  6. Re: Help with Ram powers for a super villain. I want to thank everyone for their suggestions. Originally I was just looking for a fill in supervillain that would be taken with one punch or blast, but now I have enough ideas to make him a truly forminable foe. If he can knock you down with his Ram Charge, this bite can really hurt you.
  7. How would you represent a power armored character who has more than one suit of armor? He has one suit that can take him into outer space; he has a suit that is filled with weapons but less protection; he has a suit that is nearly invulnerable but has few weapons; he has a suit that is used for tunneling...etc. I was thinking of using multi-form or having a big VVP, but this is a starting character in a standard campaign of 350 points. What would you do?
  8. Re: Help with Ram powers for a super villain. Interesting...he can eat anything...I think I will build it as a 2d6 HKA (bite) and a 2d6 major body transform that is linked to the bite. After he kills something, or as he is biting it, he can eat it and transform it into...well, you know...goat s**t...or poop. What do you think?
  9. Re: Help with Ram powers for a super villain. How would I represent that with the rules? Could it be a Life Support power?
  10. Re: Help with Ram powers for a super villain. Here is an origin: he was once a scientist working for an evil organization, like VIPER, and he found a way to mix a ram's DNA with a human. The evil organization thanked him for his hard work by using him as a lab rat. It worked! Now he is a half ram/half human type person. You get the idea.
  11. I am designing a super villain with the powers of a ram. Basically, all that he does are Move Throughs and Move Bys. He is a battering ram and thats it. However, I have about 50 points to go and I don't know what else to give him. I want him to be a straight forward super villain that just follows orders, but I also want him to have some unique powers too. What would you suggest for Ram-like powers?
  12. Re: Help: powers for the super heroine Maxima. This is the start of an argument, but it doesn't have to be nasty. I think the word "Maximum" sounds manly and "Maxima" sounds womanly. I could call her Maxima too...maybe they are evil twins. However, the whole cycles of the Sun was very useful.
  13. Re: How do you use Regeneration in your campaign? I don't see how it would imbalance the game if I just create the power Regeneration, and say it costs 10 points for 1 Body per turn. From the way it is written on page 187, it states that "Regeneration is an optional form of Healing BODY with the Standard Effect Rule..." If it does imbalance it, please explain.
  14. Re: Help: powers for the super heroine Maxima. Actually, Basil, I just looked it up because I had never heard of that before. I will create a character with solar powers that "he" obtained during Cycle 21, but "he" has to be called Maximum, because that sounds more manly. Thank you.
  15. Re: Help: powers for the super heroine Maxima. I apologize for being obsessed about this, but... The word Maxima is the plural form for the word maximum, which means: The greatest possible quantity or degree. The greatest quantity or degree reached or recorded; the upper limit of variation. The time or period during which the highest point or degree is attained. An upper limit permitted by law or other authority. Hmmmm...she could be the strongest, fastest, smartest, and prettiest, etc. Perhaps a big multipower...when she concentrates she can be the fastest, strongest, smartest, prettiest, etc...how would that work? I use the Standard hero guidelines...?
