    I wanted to do something squirrel related for a bit. I'll find something more interesting later that I'm sure your tastes will appreciate. :angel:

    I thought of you on saturday SS. I was in a gun shop in Reno and they had this taxidermied squirrel with an orange safety vest, holding a rifle. I know it doesn't sound appealing BUT, I thought it would make a good avatar.

    I'm not a big fan of spin-offs. Off hand, I can only think of one that worked (Frasier), and that was completely different from the original series. There may be another, but I can't think of it.

     

    Specific to Joey, though, I think this is a bad idea. A large part of his appeal is the relationship and banter with the other characters, especially Chandler. I wouldn't mind if they proved me wrong, though. If they concentrate on his acting career, I might actually be interested. His funniest bit ever was in one of his terrible productions. "...That's why I'm getting on this spaceship." Ahh, bad theatre. Thank god I've never been in a bad play... :whistle:

    I like Joey as a character on Friends BUT, I doubt a spin off with with just him would last even a season.

    And your last post doesn't count as to "details"! Hope you got some sleep and aren't too slow. Never was into the mechanical bull-riding thing myself, never even TOUCHED one, literally. Actually I'm not sure I've even ever been in a bar that had one.

    OK the place was not as bad as I was expected.

     

    This was my first time being anywhere near a mechanical bull probably the first time being in the same city as one. It was pretty fun, first time I sucked so I had to do it again and was better. You have a bar you hold on to with one hand, then you try wrap your legs around the front of the thing, there's really nothing for your legs to hang on to, if you hook your heels on to the front your good for a few seconds. One of my friends took some pictures. I'll get the pics today but she's not online yet (probably *%#!@* sleeping).

    I'm allergic to Country Music too. AND as a special treat they have their own American Idol contest on Thursday nights (holy crap what have I gotten myself into)

    Been there a few times. I'm too big for their bull.

     

    Though the first time I went, we pull up, a couple guys stagger out the door and puke into the parking lot.

     

    edit: Going there for the fishing?

    Fishing? Fishing for cowboys? NO!!!!!

     

    I was at a club last Wednesday, a friend of mine at the club said "hey we're going to the Saddle Rack to get drunk and ride the bull". How can you say no to that. I will be bringing my camera though :)
